  • I have a 1999 Buick Park Ave. I brought it in because the service light was on and it ran rough. Merle was nice an diagnosed the possible problem with a meter. I used a coupon for a free multipoint checkup. The service took all day. The shuttle service was great. My car was washed for free. The only negative feedback is they didn't vacuum out my car and clean the windows as they usually do so I was disappointed with that. The repairs seem like the problem is fixed. Thanks! Read More >>

  • Brought in my 2001 DTS for routine service. Talk with my long time Service Rep, he informed me that additional service was needed, though we would have to schedule for a LATER DAY.   • I actually was not helped out during my visit. The service technician could not duplicate the problem I brought my car in for during my visit, nor could I when I attempted to upon picking up my vehicle. The service description included a brake check, putting air in tires and a "complimentary car wash". I'm writing this review from uptown car wash two days after. I pressure wash is not what I would consider a car wash. Honestly would have preferred they had not attempted to wash my car at all as my wheels came back with "tiger stripes" due to the majority of brake dust not coming off the wheel from nothing more than a quick hose down. Also there were still plenty of bug guts left on my bumper and grill. I'm only in San Diego on a business trip for a long seminar or I would have just washed the car myself. The customer service, technicians, and teller were all wonderful to deal with however. Again only gripe was on the details of the Free services. Read More >>
